Depending on the availability of the products and other geo-economic factors, processing and shipping times may vary. However, orders occasionally take 45 days from the date of the request to delivery. Recurring customers witness faster processing times as we understand your company's appetite for the products we offer. 

Global Import & Export values safe and sound payment procedures that follow the regulations of both the exporting and importing country. For initial customers we request partial advance payment and utilize Letters of Credit with correspondent banks in the Importing country. Recurring customers may qualify for NET30 terms from the date of the invoice. We only accept wires and ACH transfers.
